The pop-up will operate for a limited period&nbsp; only, with the intention that it will soon become a permanent feature on the food landscape of this ancient port city. Alexandre Mazzia has chosen to re-launch his food truck offering following multiple requests from its loyal following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the menu will be some newly created&nbsp; seasonal dishes to take away, including<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The Croc Mazz &#8211;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><em>Multi-seed bread, spiced hummus, barbecued celery root, smoked onions, matured Comt\u00e9 cheese, roasted squash, or&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>The Hot Mazz &#8211;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><em>Crunchy and fondant bread with spices, lamb sausage with galangal and spinach shoots, sweet and sour chilli gel, carrot mustard, smoked beet. Sweeter options include&nbsp;<\/em><strong><em>Beina Mazz \u2013<\/em><\/strong><em>&nbsp;Secret light cream \u201cMadeleine\u201d pastry, orange flower and citrus fruit with Tonka bean and poppy seeds.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alexandre explains, &#8220;Michel is much more than just a food truck &#8211; it has become a meeting place for gourmets and gourmands alike.
