<p>Dieser Salon ist Europas größte Veranstaltung mit Feinkostprodukten und eine der weltweit größten Plattformen für hochwertige Lebensmittel und Getränke.<br><br>Die gewerblich ausgerichtete Messe wendet sich ausschließlich an spanische und internationale Fachleute aus den Branchen Hotel, Gastgewerbe, Lebensmittelvertrieb, Catering, Fachhandel etc.</p>



<p>Es ist <strong>die </strong>Gelegenheit, den asturischen Apfelwein zu degustieren und dabei das Spektakel zu verfolgen, das die Apfelweinausgießer veranstalten, wenn sie einen &#8220;culin&#8221; Apfelwein ausschenken.</p>



<p>Am 18. April werden in der Aula Gourmets 24 Teilnehmer aus ganz Spanien an der Weltmeisterschaft im Apfelweinausschank / Asturias Cider teilnehmen, Sponsor ist <strong>Alimentos del Paraíso Natural</strong> .</p>



<p>Die Teilnehmer müssen ihre Geschicklichkeit, ihr Können und ihre Präzision unter Beweis stellen wenn sie eine der 76 in Asturien hergestellten Cider-Arten vorstellen.</p>



<p>Von den 24 Teilnehmern sind 16 die Gewinner der Regionalmeisterschaft Asturien 2022, zwei weitere wurden von den Veranstaltern eingeladen und die übrigen sechs werden vom Verband der Apfelweinhersteller Asturiens (AESA) in einem Auswahlverfahren aus allen eingereichten Bewerbungen ausgewählt.</p>

<p>Technik, Stil, Schnelligkeit und Sauberkeit sind einige der Aspekte, die von der Jury, die sich aus Fachleuten der Branche und Lebensmittelkritikern zusammensetzt, bei der Bewertung der Leistungen der Teilnehmer berücksichtigt werden.</p>
