Ingredients for a little party get-together:

• 1/2 KG pre-cooked prawns
• mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp Worcester sauce
• 1/2 shot glass of cognac
• 2 tbsp crème fraiche
• salt and freshly ground pepper
• A pinch of paprika powder
• 1 lettuce

Mix all ingredients except the lettuce in a bowl. The shrimp are cut into small pieces, although some are kept for decoration.
Put some ice in the cocktail glasses first. Then some finely chopped salad and finally the prepared shrimp cocktail.
Decorate the glass with the prawns, serve cold.
